Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. If there is a problem, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of shipment. No returns will be accepted after 30 days for our Kokon NÜ™ Visage device.
Full credit will be given for returned products that are undamaged, less a return processing fee. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your return and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please return each item in its original box and with all original packing materials. A $10CAD processing fee + shipping charges (varies by area) will be deducted from your refund for each device returned.
Holiday Extensions: Rest assured, we want your friend or family member to love their Kokon NÜ™ gift! If for whatever reason they want to return their gift, we've extended our holiday return window so they have plenty of time. All orders placed starting November 1 will be eligible for a return until the next January 15. There are no exceptions to this policy.
To return an item within your product's return window (30 days), contact us first by e-mail. We will need your name, contact information and details of the product and original order. Please note: all returns must be postmarked by the last day of your return window, or within 1-3 days of the return label issue date if your return request was submitted during the last few days of your return window. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during the shipment/delivery of your order. All orders are subject to review for replacement/refund. Please note if your order shows as “delivered” and you did not receive your item, we will be unable to offer a refund. A replacement will be determined upon further investigation. All replacements provided by Kokon NÜ Inc. are subject to shipping/handling charges and are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations: We understand things can change! Cancellation of orders prior to shipping are eligible for a refund less a processing fee. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@kokonnu.com.
In the event of shipping damage to items, please save all packaging materials and report the damage immediately to the carrier. All shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier and we must be notified.
This product is covered under a manufactures warranty if your product fails after the initial 30 day return period.
Under normal use, Kokon NÜ™ Visage devices are warranted for 1 year.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. If the product should become faulty within the warranty period, contact your provider.
Kokon NÜ™ authorized distributors shall not be responsible for any incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from the date of original purchase.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether expressed by affirmation, promise, description, drawing, model or sample. Any and all warranties other than this one, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.
If the product is defective within the warranty period please contact your provider.
Your legal rights are not affected by anything stated on this page.
